Overview

MSC uses Single Sign-On (SSO) for many systems, allowing you to log in once with your username and password. Some systems are managed separately and do not use SSO (non-SSO), requiring their own login credentials.

What is SSO

  • SSO allows you to use your MSC username and password to access multiple systems
  • If your password changes, it applies to all SSO-connected systems

Non-SSO Login Issues

  • If you cannot log in to a non-SSO system, your SSO password will not resolve the issue
  • Contact the support team listed for that specific system
  • If you are unsure which system you are using or who to contact, submit a ticket or contact the IT Help Desk:
