Overview
MSC provides wireless network access through two primary WiFi networks: one for authenticated users and one for guest access.
Available Networks
"MSC"
Primary wireless network for students, faculty, and staff
Requires MSC username and password (Single Sign-On)
Access is authenticated through secure network authentication services
"MSC-Guest"
Wireless network for temporary, visitor access,
or registered devicesIntended for guests, and for device compatibility
May have limited access compared to the primary network
Connection Requirements
"MSC" requires valid institutional username and password
Authentication is handled through secure network authentication services
"MSC-Guest" requires EULA acceptance or registration
Device Registration
If a device is unable to authenticate using Single Sign-On, it must be registered before network access is granted
Devices can be registered at: https://mydevices.mscok.edu
After registration is completed, connect to "MSC-Guest" to access network services
Important Notes
After a password reset, users will need to [forget the network] and reconnect
"MSC" provides network access for authorized users
"MSC-Guest" is intended for short-term, limited use, or for compatibility only
