Overview
Forgetting a WiFi network removes saved connection settings from your device and allows you to reconnect with a fresh configuration.

When to Use This

• After an SSO password reset

• Connected to WiFi but no internet access

• Authentication or connection errors

How to Forget a Network

• Windows

After Forgetting the Network

• Reconnect to the appropriate MSC WiFi network

• Enter your username and password if prompted

• Verify internet access after reconnecting
