Overview

MSC students, faculty, and staff receive a Microsoft account for accessing Microsoft 365. This account is separate from your MSC Single Sign-On (SSO) account.

What This Account Is Used For

Your Microsoft account is used to:

• Access to Microsoft 365 web applications

• Download and install Microsoft Office desktop applications

How to Access

• Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps

• Sign in using your Microsoft account username and password

What to Expect

• Your Microsoft account credentials are separate from your MSC SSO credentials

• Use your Microsoft account when a Microsoft 365 application prompts you to sign in

• Signing in to an installed Microsoft 365 application activates the application
